I have only recently ascertained to this rally via protest. However, I really appreciate the idea of such an international union, especially to legalize marijuana. Because their have been many attempts to oppose illegal narcotics, Dana Beal/Cannabis Culture has built a correlation across the universe, that parades a unity which if given useful broadcast, may very well alter cannabis, in it’s illegal state. Ultimately, we are looking at a good idea that calls for further exploit.
